JP and crew addressed and fixed all of the issues of concern.

My wife got rattled when during a tire rotation at the “Boys” she was told our 2014 Prius needed struts, shocks, and brake rotors. I went to Inmon Auto because I have watched their work for several years. They have a clean organized shop and yard and are appreciated by customers. I asked JH to check out the car. After a road test they confirmed that the suspension and brakes were just fine, but that there was a noise from a wheel bearing. This was 2 days before a planned 4000 mile trip and JH agreed to replace all four wheel bearings the next day. The work was complete by 2 PM! That is the definition of service.

Excellent diagnostics. Discovered an oil leak previously unfound by another shop. Provided complimentary ride to rental car agency once and to-and-from home on another visit.

They do excellent work at fair prices. I trust them. They've earned my trust.

This place is the best! My check engine light came on and I wasn’t sure where to go. I found Inmon on google and I am super happy I did, everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. They let me know what was wrong with my car, and how to fix it. Timelines and prices were clear and they followed through on everything. I will be going back for anything else I need!! Went in for an oil change and when the oil pan bolt would not loosen, instead of forcing it, JP came and told me about it and what an oil pan replacement would cost. I brought the car back and the oil pan was replaced and the car is running fun. Great communications and personnel who go the extra mile to make the repair accurately. I will keep coming back as I have for the last several years.

In over forty years, Inmon has serviced all of our vehicles, including a vintage Corvette, which is still on the road.they put the customer first, they communicate well and keep me informed on progress. They have a positive attitude and the customer is met with consideration, even when the news isn’t always good. They have a wealth of knowledge and a can do attitude. I have never had a problem with their service and I trust them without reservations. Gratefully, Sandee Natowich
