I always feel confident taking my car to JP and Mike. As a woman, going to the mechanic can be an experience filled with skepticism, “am I being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge?”Never here. I know I can trust what they tell me and take care of my car like I’m family. New to FL and so thankful I found a great mechanic so soon! And how endearing is it that they’re a third generation mechanic, it’s more than a career for them, it’s a legacy!

I was sent to Inmon for a service they don’t provide. Even though Don couldn’t help me and I was interrupting him as he was working, he was super kind and told me exactly where to go and what to do, and that business took really good care of me and my vehicle. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star for a review. When I was referred to them for my AC repair they fixed it in no time for a hefty price of $2,300 in May of ‘24. They reassured everything was under warranty and my car was running cold until three months later, when my car started doing the same thing (blowing hot air when RPMs are low and running cold when RPMs are high) Now beginning of September’24 my new compressor that they installed also went bad but due to a bad cooling fan motor. They wanted to charged me $485 to install a new cooling fan which in the notes that they in quote: “cooling fan motors can be overworked and damaged by a malfunctioning cooling system” -which was initially part of the issue in the first place. I asked them several times if they could give me a better deal and to make it right. They refused and denied any further assistance. It’s another corporate America scam and not the Ma and Pa place that help their community and make things right.

I brought my truck in because another automotive repair shop worked on my truck over and over again for A/C. SIX times taking it back and no blush in charging me on and on for throwing parts at the problem. $$$$ I couldn't take it anymore and on the recommendation of my neighbor I took my truck to Inmon They found the problem, changed it out the part and I am cool again... ALSO, extremely good communication. THANK YOU!

Leaving from a cruise, 10hrs away from home. These guys went over and beyond to get us back on the road within a couple of hrs. Complete lifesavers ....BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN. He worked us in immediately...soooo thankful for u all🙌🏾

They are prompt getting my vehicles in for service and I have always gotten fast and excellent service from Inmon's Auto and will continue to use their services as needed.
