Ron’s wife took her 2017 Subaru Outback to Inman’s automotive for its regular oil/filter/rotation service. It was performed efficiently and on time. My passenger window would not operate from the driver’s side. JP found and ordered a part much more reasonable than from Subaru. On my 2nd visit the mechanic determined the problem could be fixed with a computer adjustment, saving me money. This business has integrity and cares about their customers. After a stressful day at the dealership, with absolutely no help; I was extremely fortunate to speak with JJ who was knowledgeable and empathetic. He was exceeding kind and was able to see me the same day to look at it and I had an appointment next day to fix the issue. In a day where most mechanics just replace parts They were able to fix the issue without replacing any parts, at a small fraction of the cost. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future!

JP was able to squeeze me in without an appointment. They quickly diagnosed the problem of my engine shutting off intermittently. Car works great now.

By far one of the best experiences at an auto shop that I have ever had. Mike was great at breaking down the services and answering my questions before I even went to the shop. As a woman, going to the mechanic can be an experience filled with skepticism, “am I being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge?”Never here.
