Unfortunately I have to give at least one star for a review. When I was referred to them for my AC repair they fixed it in no time for a hefty price of $2,300 in May of ‘24. They reassured everything was under warranty and my car was running cold until three months later, when my car started doing the same thing (blowing hot air when RPMs are low and running cold when RPMs are high) Now beginning of September’24 my new compressor that they installed also went bad but due to a bad cooling fan motor. They wanted to charged me $485 to install a new cooling fan which in the notes that they in quote: “cooling fan motors can be overworked and damaged by a malfunctioning cooling system” -which was initially part of the issue in the first place. I asked them several times if they could give me a better deal and to make it right. They refused and denied any further assistance. It’s another corporate America scam and not the Ma and Pa place that help their community and make things right.

Thank you for taking my call and discussing the Air conditioning repairs and your experience yesterday with your 2013 Toyota Corolla at my shop. I truly apologize for the miscommunication that took place with our Service Advisor and the poor information that was passed to you from repairpal.com to try and explain the breakdown of the costs for your improperly functioning fan. In short, we failed you and I apologize. Your review above says it all. I did learn that we replaced your AC Compressor under warranty even though it looks like a failed cooling fan may have taken out the New AC Compressor we installed in May of 2024. I apologize that we could not do more for you on the quote we provided to fix your fan, and I am truly glad to hear you found someone to get your fan installed so you and your family can stay cool.
