I have been going to Inmon for several years now, and I will not take my car anywhere else. For those of you out there (like me) who are not very car-savvy, they take the time to explain everything to you in layman’s terms – but without talking down to you. And they won’t do anything to your car without first telling you how much it will cost and then laying out your various options. Plus, they don’t try to upsell you. There have been times when they could have convinced me to spend more than I needed to, but unlike places like Tires Plus or Pep Boys, they don’t hesitate to tell you when one of those “necessary” fixes is actually superfluous (nuisance noise, anyone?). This is a family-run business, and they seemed more interested in keeping their customers rather than churning through as many people as possible in order to make a quick profit. I mean, one time I had to leave my car there longer than expected, and the owner actually gave me a ride to work – for free. Have you ever been to a Pep Boys that offers that service? Also, they never make fun of my messy car. Bonus points there.
